Large-Batch Purchase Of Promotional Mugs For A Southeast Asian Fast Food Chain
A fast food chain in Jakarta, Indonesia, commissioned 200,000 two-color gradient mugs for a new product launch, requiring initial delivery within seven days. The company uses a feldspar-based glaze formula and an automated spin coater to achieve the gradient effect on the cup body. A 48-channel screen printing line is also used to simultaneously print the brand logo. A spray dust reduction system is implemented at the raw material yard, combined with a wet material loading process, to keep dust concentrations below 1mg/m³. Microwave resistance testing has shown that the cup body remains unchanged after heating at 1000W for 5 minutes.
