Factory

The factory selects feldspar, quartz, chamotte, and Suzhou clay as materials. A set of spraying device is installed in the raw material yard to spray these raw materials, keeping the surface of the materials moist and reducing dust generation.
Suzhou clay is a wet material with a certain viscosity and does not need to be sprayed. The above-mentioned moist materials are fed by a forklift and added to the ball mill in proportion. The ball mill automatically adds water according to the set proportion of materials and water. The main pollutant in this process is noise. The main pollutant in this process is the dust generated during the unloading, stacking, and feeding of bulk materials in the yard.
It has leading technical strength in the processes of silk printing, pad printing, and hot stamping of flat and curved materials.
