A Support for customized processes: logo printing (silk screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer printing), hot stamping (gold/silver), hand-painted glaze, decal, etc. Reference pictures of past cases can be provided. You can pay the sample fee for sample making before customization.

Q How to ensure product quality? Is quality inspection supported?
A During the production process, the "three-inspection system" (raw material inspection, in-production inspection, and full inspection before leaving the factory) is implemented to ensure no damage, no defects, and compliance with the craftsmanship.
Customers can entrust a third-party quality inspection agency to conduct on-site inspection, or the factory can provide a pre-shipment quality inspection report. The quality inspection costs will be borne through negotiation.

Q What should be done if quality problems are found after receiving the goods?
A A quality problem not caused by transportation (such as damage, process error) is found within 7 days after receiving the goods, provide photo and video evidence. After verification by the factory, a free replacement or return can be provided.
Damage during transportation is borne by the logistics company. We can assist in claiming compensation from the logistics company.
